Being a San Diego Newborn Photographer gives me an opportunity to snuggle with cute babies all the time. And I enjoy every second of it. Just look at this adorable baby Mayly who just turned 5 weeks old by the time of her newborn session.
She was just one of the most content babies I’ve ever photographer. The second I wrapped her in my amazing wool wraps (which are available here by the way) she just felt asleep instantly and the first click on my camera was this sweet smile of her.
She was so warm and comfy, so I just kept going keeping her wrapped.
And it was touching to see how dad’s face melted over his little girl. This is actually why I chose to be a a newborn photographer. I want to capture this joy and happiness on parents faces and I want to help parents to cherish these moments for many years to come.
And it was a perfect moment to use the peach fluff on her, since it was really complimentary for her velvety skin. And if you wan to know where I get my fluff please feel free to go this page, she has some awesome stuff.
So when baby Mayly took a good nap, we have to proceed with parent images. And it was just magical to photograph all the emotions on mom’s face, the moment where she enjoyed holding her baby girl so close to her face and smelling her sweet cheeks.

And of course you are wondering who is holding baby Mayly in the end of the session. Of course it’s an auntie, who was just crazy about her cute niece. She was actually the one who contacted me initially asking for the urgent newborn session.
And I’m so happy we did just in the right time before baby Mayly grew out of a newborn stage and became an infant. It was such a great newborn session and I hope these images will be cherished for many years to come.
